Apart from standard clauses of the Agreement for Sale mandated by RERA, following are the key aspect of the Plot Buyer Agreement: 1. Pyramid Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. ("Pyramid") is the Promoter of the Project. 2. DTCP has granted licence to develop residential Affordable Plotted Colony to Pyramid. 3. The Project is being developed on 11.362 acres of land 4. The Promoter is only giving the Plot to the Allottee without any construction on the Plot. The Allottee has to undertake and complete the construction on the Plot. 5. The Total Price of the Plot will be calculated on the Plot Area. 6. The timeline for possession of the Plot is 26-08-2023, however, the Promoter shall endeavor to offer the possession before this date. 7. In case the Allottee fails to take possession of the Plot from the Promoter, the Allottee shall be liable to pay Holding Charges to the Promoter till the time the Allottee takes possession. 8. The Promoter shall give penalty for delayed possession as per RERA.
