| 01-Feb-2021 | During personal hearing, Mr. Yagna Bramham present on behalf o the promoter. The promoter i.e. M/s Supertech Ltd. has applied (online and manual) on dated 21.12.2020 for registration of their affordable plotted colony (DDJAY) project namely “Hill Estate” in sector 2, Sohna, Gurugram. On scrutiny of application, it was found that all the deficiencies have been fulfilled by the promoter except approved zoning plan, approved service estimates and plans not submitted. The promoter is asked to give an undertaking on affidavit that the same shall be submitted within three months otherwise the registration certificate shall be treated as cancelled.
